softDev23 Terms of Service

Welcome to softDev23. By downloading, installing, or using our applications (including Habitual: The Grand Journey, Think Drink, and Mana) or browsing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products or services.
1. Use of Our Software
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our native iOS software strictly in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these terms. You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any portion of the source code.
- Exploit the applications’ internal data storage or localized files to manipulate systems in multiplayer or competitive modes (if applicable).
- Use the applications for any unlawful activities.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our applications offer premium features or content upgrades through monthly, annual, or lifetime subscriptions (e.g. Habitual PRO). All transactions are securely handled by the Apple App Store, and your purchases are bound by Apple’s standard billing terms. Payments are billed to your Apple account upon confirmation. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time inside your iPhone’s App Store account settings.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual assets, illustrations, animations, haptics configurations, copywriting, vector logos, and source code of all softDev23 applications (including the unique RPG mechanics of Habitual, the cyberpunk aesthetic of Mana, and the sunset gradients of Think Drink) are the exclusive property of softDev23. You may not replicate, distribute, or copy any of our proprietary assets without explicit written consent.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we build our apps natively using modern, lightweight frameworks (SwiftUI/SwiftData) to ensure high stability and battery optimization, we do not guarantee that the services will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Your local database backups are securely handled through your private Apple iCloud container, and softDev23 is not responsible for data loss due to local hardware failure or iCloud sync issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, softDev23 and its founder shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our applications.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post any updates directly on this webpage. Your continued use of our applications following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
