Yes! Habitual is free to download and use for tracking up to 3 habits. You can upgrade to Habitual Pro at any time via a subscription to unlock unlimited habits, double backpack inventory space, an extra relic equip slot, and advanced consistency analytics.
Every habit you check off generates two resources: Distance and Energy. Distance automatically moves your avatar across a gorgeous, interactive biome map, unlocking new regions. Energy allows you to trigger random encounters, solve trivia and riddle trials from the Emissary of Thoth, discover rare loot drops, and equip epic relics in your Backpack.
Absolutely. Habitual is built with privacy at its core. We use Apple’s SwiftData persistence framework for local storage and sync everything securely via CloudKit. Your habits, character stats, and inventory are fully encrypted inside your private personal iCloud container. We never track, store, or sell your habits or personal data.
Habitual is optimized natively for iOS 17 and later, and is currently available for iPhone. iPad compatibility is active in our post-launch pipeline and will follow shortly after release!
