Welcome to Think Drink (the “Application”), a minimalist hydration assistant. By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
1. License & Usage
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple iOS devices. You agree that you will not:
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the source code of the Application.
- Manipulate, modify, or hack your device’s memory to bypass or edit daily hydration metrics.
- Distribute, copy, or license any of our custom graphics, sunset-gradient styling templates, or wave animations.
2. Application Ownership
The Application’s code, visual design, custom UI components, sunset-to-coral gradient layouts, and wave-swelling animations are the exclusive intellectual property of softDev23. You have no rights to use these proprietary assets outside of standard water-tracking operations.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” While we build natively using modern, lightweight SwiftUI to ensure high performance and offline reliability, we do not warrant that the Application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Your local hydration metrics database is stored on your device, and softDev23 is not responsible for data loss due to local hardware failures.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, softDev23 and its founder shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.
